Hunny Return Policy
  • We accept unworn, regular priced merchandise with tags still in place for exchange or credit refund only. There is no return on jewelry or handbags. Credit refunds will be given only on returns postmarked within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. Returns received after 14 days and before 30 days will receive a MERCHANDISE CREDIT and NOT a credit on your credit card. Hunny does not waive or refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.
  • For exchanges and returns, send your package, via a traceable, prepaid and insured method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

Shipping & Handling

We ship all our packages via UPS Ground. No post office boxes, please. Next day and 2nd day service available at an extra charge. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship an order.<

Sales Tax

Illinois residents ad 10% for sales tax.

RETURN & REPAIR POLICIES FOR IKE WATCHES

IKE WATCH RETURN POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items sent in for a Return or Exchange must be in sellable condition. If a watch has been worn it will be considered used. If the goods are not in sellable condition, they will be returned to you and a Return or Exchange will not be processed.

Contact a MAGS USA customer service representative at info@magsusa.net or call (305) 604-8217 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Items must be packaged properly to prevent damage in transit. IKE will not be responsible for any such damage. All returns are subject to inspection before credit will be issued. Returns will be rejected if actual condition of item is not as stated at time of return request. Using a strong corrugated carton or double boking is recommended. To expedite your return/exchange, please display the RA# clearly on the exterior of the package and on all accompanied correspondences (packing slip, etc).

If your exchange order requires additional payment, please include a credit card number to be charged. For tracking and insurance purposes, it is important that you ship your packaged INSURED via UPS, FedEx or registered USPS. Be sure to insure the package for the full value of the item(s). Make sure to include a return address. We will not accept any packages without a return name and address. Ship the items by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item.

Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the unworn merchandise returned, excluding the shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used when placing the initial order.

Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment and placed against the original billed person.

If applicable, your credit card will not be billed for the exchange order until your order is shipped. At that time, you will receive an email confirming the exchange order shipment and order tracking detail.

MAGS USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change any or all of the provisions in the above policies at any time.

IKE WATCH REPAIR INFORMATION:

  1. Mail us your watch through a trackable shipper, like UPS or USPS Priority Mail, to the address below. We recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value in case it is lost in transit. IKE is not responsible for lost packages.
  2. Enclose US$12.50 check or money order to cover processing, handling and return postage, made payable to MAGS USA LLC.
  3. Include a copy of the warranty coupon filled in as required.
  4. Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt to validate the date of purchase.
  5. Enclose a note explaining what service is needed for your watch. Remember to include your name, return mailing address, email address, and contact phone number.
  6. Do not send the original packaging received at the time of purchase along with your watch, as it can not be returned back. Package the watch carefully, enclose the necessary documents and check or money order for handling charges; and send to:
